Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

This policy explains when subscription fees can be refunded, how cancellations work, and how to submit a request.

1. Eligibility for refunds

  • Monthly plans: refundable within 7 days of the initial charge if the service has not been substantially used.
  • Annual plans: refundable within 30 days of the initial charge, pro-rated for usage.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges are refunded in full once verified.
  • Extended, unresolved outages materially affecting the service may qualify for a service credit or partial refund.

2. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel at any time from billing settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Mid-term cancellation of an annual plan does not automatically create a refund entitlement beyond the window above.

3. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take a further 3-5 business days to appear.

4. Non-refundable items

  • Usage-based consumption already incurred (model inference, document pages processed).
  • Professional services, custom implementation and training delivered.
  • Third-party fees and taxes already remitted.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Trial periods

Trials are free and require no payment method. If you convert to a paid plan, the standard eligibility windows above apply from the first charge.

6. How to request a refund

Email our billing team from the account administrator address with the invoice number, the charge date and a short description of the reason. We acknowledge requests within two business days and confirm the outcome within five.
